Processing and shipping

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. This is an estimated processing time, not a delivery guarantee. Processing may take longer during travel, holidays, or unexpected delays.

Available shipping destinations, methods, and charges are shown at checkout. Carrier transit time is additional to processing time, and delivery dates are estimates.

Tracking information is provided when available after your order ships. For shipping questions, address corrections, or a delayed, lost, or damaged shipment, contact sales@silkie.tools with your order number. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
